Dr. Nathalie von Siemens Dr. Nathalie von Siemens joined the staff of Siemens AG in 2005. After working in business communications and investor relations she was sent to China as a delegate for Government Affairs. In 2008 she took on her current position in Corporate Strategies. Her work focuses on the preparation of capital allocation decisions and the strategic orientation of the enterprise. She concentrates on major questions of sustainability (including climate change and environmental technologies) as well as the long-term development of the company and its foundation on values.
Before joining the enterprise Dr. Nathalie von Siemens worked in the academic field. Her research comprised among other things the history of ancient philosophy, systematic moral philosophy and business ethics. In 2004 she earned her doctorate with a dissertation on the concept of friendship in the Nicomachean Ethics of Aristotle. Her works have been published by leading publishing houses.

Andreas Streubig
Andreas Streubig, born on 14 May 1968, joined the Otto Group (Hamburg) in 1993 after taking his degree in mathematics.
His career was characterised by four very different stages – after managing various IT-related projects within the Sales department such as 'New Shop Process' and 'Call Center Management', he reorganised the processes and structures of various group companies as a Senior Manager in 'Internal Corporate Consulting' from 2001 onwards, and was also in charge for operational project control of the business process optimisation at Group Head Office in Hamburg.
His next position was Head of 'Import Control', where he was responsible from the beginning of 2005 for control of the worldwide importing organisation of the Otto Group in the most important source markets. He then became Head of "Environment and Social Policy" in June 2007, where he controlles the Group's activities in the field of 'Corporate Responsibility'.
Andreas Streubig has been a guest speaker at various events in the textile and CR environment, e.g. at the German Retail Convention, and chairs the working group on "Sustainability in Logistics" of the Hamburg Logistics Initiative. |

Philine von Sell
Philine von Sell develops values-communication concepts and films for leading business enterprises and institutions and carries them into execution as creative director, film director and producer. She also works as a freelance artist in the medium of photography and runs her non-profit association LifeTime e.V. as its chairperson.
Three characteristics distinguish her working methods: the perception and utilization of the potentials of the present, filmic and photographic realism, and a preoccupation with current topics of social relevance.
1986: Founded and headed the commercial film production company Hofmann Productions in Hamburg as its managing director. 1996: Appointment as Professor at the University of Television and Film in Munich and implementation there of the Chair of Advertising, PR and Image Film. 2001: Founded the non-profit association “LifeTime e.V.” for the support of AIDS-infected orphans in South Africa. 2002: Initiated and headed the talent promotion initiative LifeTime Gallery Project for young adults in the South African townships.
2004: Founded HofmannVonSell Productions, Berlin.
Her films have received altogether 28 national and international awards and distinctions in the time between 1989 and 2009. Her photographic works and multimedia installations have been seen in solo exhibitions in museums and galleries in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Berlin and Cologne and are found in the Collection of the German Bundestag, the Graf Faber-Castell Collection and various other private collections. www.hofmannvonsell.com |

Francisca Gorgodian
Francisca Gorgodian is Head of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at KAEFER Isoliertechnik GmbH & Co KG in Bremen, Germany. Over the last years, she has been responsible for a variety of projects regarding social, environmental, cultural and economic sustainability worldwide.
Prior to her current position, Gorgodian served as member of the board for KAEFER in Mexico and managing director for KAEFER in Australia. She also held several other leadership positions within the KAEFER Group.
As an Argentina native, she started her career with PELAMA CHUBUT, a wool export company located in the south of Buenos Aires, and later moved on to ROEMMERS, one of the country’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Francisca Gorgodian holds an MBA from the European School of Business in Reutlingen, Germany, a Master in International Business from the Universidad de Belgrano, Argentina, and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, France, and a diploma in International Relations from the Universidad de Belgrano.

Martina Kohl
Martina Kohl is responsible for WWF Germany’s Tourism Program in the International WWF Center for Marine Conservation in Hamburg, Germany.
Martina Kohl earned a Masters Degree in Economics and Literature from University Justus Liebig in Giessen, Germany and Montpellier, France.
She was working for 10 years in the finance department of WWF Germany’s headquarter in Frankfurt responsible for Governmental Aid Agencies Cooperation, Conservation Controlling and Monitoring and Evaluation. She moved 2006 to the new WWF Germany’s Marine Office in Hamburg responsible for sustainable tourism development, business engagements with the tourism industry and the development of strategies to mainstream sustainability in tourism. |
